Sorry, no. We can only accept cash at the ticket desk.

Is my admission still good if I leave the Convention Center and come back?

Yes. All ticket holders will be issued a wristband; as long as you don't remove your wristband, you can come and go all day long.

Do I really have to keep my wristband on? What if I lose it?

Yes, you have to keep it on. If you take your wristband off, at any time, it is automatically void. If it's not on your wrist, it is not valid. So keep it on until you're sure that you are leaving the show. Lost or broken bands will not be replaced. Our wristbands are "hospital quality" and well nigh unbreakable, so it is not likely you'll lose yours.

I'm coming from out of town. Where do I stay when I'm visiting Columbus?

We have arranged to offer all attendees special room discounts at the Hyatt Regency and the Drury Inn and Suites, both conveniently located to the Convention Center. Availability of rooms is limited, so we recommend making your reservations early. See the hotels page for further information.

Are photography and videography allowed on the show floor or in panels and special events?

Yes. However, you must ask celebrities' permission before you take their photograph. In panels and special events, please limit flash photography, take photographs from your seat, and abide by the specific rules for that event. Some special events, such as the Indie Film Festival (MOC-IFF), will prohibit video and audio recording.

Can I bring my own collectible items for celebrities to autograph?

Yes. However, guests reserve the right to impose their own limitations on what they will or will not sign, as well as how many items.

Do celebrities charge for an autograph? How much?

Each celebrity sets his or her own prices. Most media celebrities charge for their signatures; many comic book celebrities do not.
